How to Register an Adult Volunteer
(Non Leader)

Who Must Register as an Adult Volunteer?

If a parent or adult (non-leader) is assuming any of the following responsibilities
they must register as an Adult volunteer and complete the steps below

Camping Parent
Troop Registrar
Volunteer at Association Day Camp
Troop Product Sales Manager
Volunteer to spend night with troop *

Volunteer to take place of leader at a meeting

Step 1:

All new adult volunteer applicants must complete the following forms. (Click on forms to download)

Step 2:

* The following step is for the following adult volunteers only

Volunteer to spend night with troop
Volunteer to take place of leader at a meeting

Troop leader should review with adult and then provide a copy to them
of the following information packet: Leader keeps a signed copy of Information Package.

Step 3:

All forms* should be returned to the appropriate School Organizer

(If you are not sure who to return forms to, please email your SU Manager for assistance.)

Step 4:

School Organizer reviews forms
Organizer forwards all forms to SU Manager

Step 5:

SU Manager provides the following forms to council

  • Volunteer Application
  • CSO (Convicted Sex Offender Policy)
  • Adult Registration form (if not already registered)

SU Manager keeps the following forms in SU files

  • New leader application (copy)
  • Adult Registration form (copy)
  • Volunteer Agreement (copy)
