Instructions for Adding to an Existing Troop

These are the steps (and forms) needed to add additional girls (or adults) to your troop.

Step 3	Registration Form (Adult and Scout)	Girl Registration form Adult Registration form Please print (3) copies of this form	Return both copies for every Scout and Adult registering with troop
Step 4	Payment by Troop Check	$12.00 per registration	Return 1 troop check w/2 signatures in registration envelope. Check is for registration fees only
