New Date for Olympics:

New RAINDATE Instructions:

Troops that had registered for the original date can make changes to their previous registration -- They can Add or remove girls, change adult positions if the ones they originally listed are not available on the rain date.

In order to accerss your online account you need to email gsoylca.reg@gmail.com and ask that your online account be unlocked to that your can make any changes you need.

New troops can also register for this rain date. It is also now opened up to the Orange Service Units as well (which is new). All new troops will need to request User ID and Password as instructed in the packet.

Please logon to: http://gso.ylca.info/ to request your unique User ID and Password.

Please follow the step by step instructions for registering your troop.

After you have completed registering your troop, go to the link payment form and print a copy of the payment form and include it with your payment.

We can not offer refunds to those troops that had
registered to our original date as we have
already spent the majority of the money.



Opening ceremony will include a
"Parade of Troops."


Your girls can design a Troop Banner
featuring your troop. Troops will walk around the field in a parade to their official starting point for the flag ceremony and announcements.

Banners can be placed around the field for display.

$8.50 per Scout - Includes patch and participation ribbon for girls

In addition: Each troop MUST supply (3) three adult volunteers to assist with the event. This is addition to two adults per troop to stay with the troop and assist the girls with their rotations.

Total (5) Adults per Troop - No Exceptions! Please read registration form for complete instructions.
