All Flyers Should include the following Information:

  • Date, time and location of event
  • Cost (per person) and what it includes. (Meal? patch?)
  • Who to contact with questions with a phone# or email.
  • What levels can partcipate
  • Is the event Service Unit specific or open to the association.
  • Special instructions for event: (What to wear, what to bring, etc.)

All Forms should include a tear-off Registration section with requesting the following information:

  • Troop #
  • Service Unit
  • Troop Level
  • Leader Name, Leader Contact Info; (Phone # and/or email)
  • Total registration amount owed (Number registering X cost/ea)
    plus cost for any extra patches for Total Amount Owed
  • Date registrations are due and who to return registration forms to.

All flyers need to say somewhere on them:

  • NO TAGALONGS
  • Troop Check only with 2 signatures
  • Make Checks Payable to: _____________________________   

For  Service Unit Events: Make Checks Payable to: GSOC YLSU <su#>  ie: GSOC YLSU1, GSOC YLSU2, GSOC YLSU3 or GSOC YLSU4

For Association Events: Make Checks Payable to: GSOC YLCA

  • Girl Scouts and/or include the Girl Scout logo (see below)
