$9.00 per Scout - Includes patch and participation ribbon for girls
In addition: Each troop MUST supply (3) three adult volunteers to assist with the event. This is addition to two adults per troop to stay with the troop and assist the girls with their rotations. Total (5) Adults per Troop - No Exceptions! Please read registration form for complete instructions. IMPORTANT INFORMATION! Please understand that we MUST limit the number of adults on the field in order to control the event for the safety of the girls. Therefore, the ONLY adults that will be allowed onto the field are the FIELD ADULTS or EVENT VOLUNTEERS. See the packet for the description of each these positions. Field Adults are adults who will be on the field with their troop at all times. Event Volunteers are adults who will run the events. Troop Leader This information is ONLY used for a contact person for your troop. So if a leader is planning on supervising their troop on the field, they must also register as a Field Adult. Adults entered as Fields Adults cannot be Event Volunteers and vice versa. However, adults entered as Leaders can be either Field Adults or Event Volunteers, but not both. No TAG-ALONGS - NO STROLLERS! They will NOT be allowed onto the field, however they can watch from the stands. This is a huge safety issue we had to deal with last year. We have to insure the safety of everyone on the field. Payment is due by December 1, 2010 |
