WHO: Juniors from Yorba Linda Service Units who have earned their Bronze award by the end of the 2010-2011 membership year.
WHAT: A Ceremony to Celebrate their success and hard work toward earning their Bronze Award!!! Limited Space Available – register early!
WHERE: Santa Clara de Asis Church – Parish Hall, 22005 Avenida de la Paz, Yorba Linda
WHEN: Sunday, June 5, 2011 at 1 - 2 PM
COST: Event registration is $5 per girl, each Troop will be responsible for purchasing their own Bronze Awards (pin, patch or pendant). Potluck desserts and drinks assigned when registration is received.
PLANNING MEETING: All Troops participating will be invited to attend a Leader Meeting to discuss the program and flow of the event. This meeting will take place in April.
REGISTRATION: Registration is due April 27 at SUM or mail the bottom portion of this flier to Janis Heckel at 5055 Rockhampton Court, YL 92887, along with Troop check payable to YLSU. You will be contacted in mid-May with your potluck assignment. Please email a list of the girls' names to janis27@att.net so they can be included in the program. Each Troop will be given a space to display a poster showing what they did to earn their Bronze Award.
